• —Entry to the restaurant hall, VIP rooms, and washing areas in outerwear, street shoes, or socks is not allowed.

• —Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one sheet.
• —You are welcome to bring your own change of shoes, bath hat, robe, or kilt.
• —Robes and kilts are available for rent.
• —Bath hats and disposable slippers can be purchased at the cashier zone.
• —Only bath whisks (veniks) purchased within “The BANI Telmana” Complex may be used.
• —Personal honey, minerals, salts, or any other bath or spa cosmetics are not permitted.
• —Bringing your own staff or equipment is prohibited.
• —Outside food and beverages (including soft and alcoholic drinks) are not allowed, except for baby food.

• —Any form of intimate behavior is strictly prohibited.
• —Women are not allowed to enter the men’s area, and men are not allowed to enter the women’s area (except in life-threatening emergencies).
• —Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as aggressive behavior, is strictly forbidden.
• —Visiting the complex with animals is not permitted.
• —Insulting staff or displaying inappropriate behavior is not allowed.
• —Damage to property is prohibited — in case of damage, the guest will be charged according to the price list.
• —Running, shouting, or expressing emotions loudly is not permitted.
• —Diving into plunge pools or swimming pools is prohibited.
• —Guests must rinse off in the shower before entering the steam room.
• —Talking inside the steam room is not allowed.
• —Smoking cigarettes, chewing tobacco, nasvai, vapes, or any electronic cigarettes is only permitted in designated smoking areas or on the balcony.

• —For men: if the stay exceeds the paid time by more than 15 minutes, an additional hour will automatically be added to the bill.
• —For women: if the stay exceeds the paid time by more than 1 hour, an additional hour will automatically be added to the bill.

• —Video surveillance is not conducted in the relaxation areas, so guests are advised to keep their valuables in the lockers.
• —The administration is not responsible for the loss of items that were not stored in the designated lockers.

• —In case of violation of the above-mentioned rules, the administration reserves the right to terminate services and deny the guest further access to the bath complex, including already paid reservations, without compensation.

Before visiting the bathhouse, we strongly recommend reviewing the list of conditions under which visiting the steam room may be contraindicated or requires special caution.

Strictly Contraindicated:

• —Children under 1 year old — their thermoregulation system is not yet developed, which may lead to overheating.
• —People with acute illnesses or inflammatory conditions, including active colds — bath procedures can worsen the disease.
• —Pregnant women — the steam room is strictly prohibited due to the risk of miscarriage.
• —People under the influence of alcohol or drugs — the strain on the heart can be excessive.
• —Individuals who have suffered a stroke — visiting is prohibited for one year.
• —After a heart attack — bath procedures are forbidden for 6–8 weeks.
• —People with oncological diseases — risk of complications.
• —Those with anhidrosis (absence of sweating) — high risk of heat stroke.
• —People with diabetes — risk of sudden blood sugar fluctuations.
• —Individuals with cardiovascular diseases (arrhythmia, ischemia, aortic stenosis, hypotension, hypertension).
• —People with fever or severe headaches.
• —Those with unhealed wounds, mucosal injuries, burns, cholinergic urticaria, or lupus.
• —Individuals prone to seizures.
• —People with silicone or metal implants.
• —Those who have suffered a head injury — prohibited for one year.
• —Individuals with a pacemaker.
• —Women during menstruation — risk of increased bleeding.

Some guests may visit under special recommendations:

• —Children aged 1–2 years — allowed at 55–60 °C, up to 20% humidity, for 2–3 minutes on the lower bench only.
• —Healthy children 2–6 years — allowed at 55–60 °C, up to 20% humidity, for no more than 5 minutes.
• —Children 6–16 years — allowed only with adults, up to 15 minutes at 70–80 °C.
• —Chronic heart failure — allowed at 55–60 °C, up to 20% humidity, for up to 10 minutes.
• —When taking thermoregulation-affecting medications — caution required.
• —Obesity (grade II and above) — increased overheating risk.
• —Breastfeeding women — toxins in sweat may enter breast milk.
• —Guests who ate less than 2 hours before — recommended to postpone the visit.
• —Elderly guests over 60 — cold plunges should be done with caution.
• —Guests who recently performed intense physical exercise — visit with caution.

General Recommendations

• —Even healthy guests should not stay in the steam room for more than 30 minutes at a time.
• —Do not pour ice-cold water immediately after leaving the steam room — let the body cool naturally.
